SELF-ESTEEM

WHAT IS LOW SELF-ESTEEM:

Our Self-Esteem is what we think of ourselves, this can be influenced by all different aspects of our lives. Sometimes our relationships can impact how we view ourselves, this could be relationships with family, friends, or even food. Our Self-Esteem can change from high to low/low to high often and even quite quickly depending on what we experience. Often our self-esteems are boosted with positive reinforcement such as praises, compliments and positive thinking. However, if we fill our minds with negative thoughts and ideas about ourselves then this can have a dramatic effect on our self-esteem. Instead of us feeling proud of ourselves, strong and worthy we may feel sad and worthless. This is why we want to support you and show you how incredible you really are!
